Account Manager with sales experience (m/f/d) - located in UK

nagels is an industry leading print business, with its primary production facility and head office located in Kempen Germany, with 13 divisions globally, including the UK. 

  • The UK business provides printed products and services to a range of sectors in the UK including, parking, public transport, leisure, and healthcare. The business provides both print solutions and non-printed products, including: ticketing, labels, operational print and a wide range of sector specific items providing our partners a one stop solution.

  • An opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our small but successful team in Hull (EAST RIDING of YORKSHIRE) for the role of Account Manager,  with an immediate start available.

  • The role of Account Manager covers the ongoing customer management and sales of printed products, operational print and ancillary items for a range of sectors covering, but not limited to; parking, transport, healthcare and leisure, all in line with the core activities of the parent company Nagels Druck GmbH.

What can you expect?...Your tasks:

  • Research potential clients and the generation of sales leads

  • Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Coordinate customer and site visits as needed to maximise potential opportunities

  • Complete sales contracts and agreements, ensuring monitoring of accounts and support is provided at all times

  • Coordinate activities with other departments/team member to optimise success

  • Create and update accurate customer records

  • Generation of sales pipeline for new opportunities

  • Provide product pricing, ensuring profitability and area growth is maximised

What do you bring with you?...your profile:

You are the right person for us if you can answer the following questions with “yes”:

  • Good skills in Maths

  • Native speaker or fluent in English

  • Previous experience in key account management and sales is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel. PowerPoint

  • FULL UK clean driving license

  • Print/ticketing product knowledge would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.

  • This role is a full-time position, working from our office and distribution facility in Hull, and provides an excellent opportunity for the right individual to progress within the organisation.

  • Applicants must be computer literate, have good written and oral communication skills and a willingness to undertake additional tasks as required. Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
